Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SellerAlerts ("the Service"), operated by Elevated Seller ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SellerAlerts is a SaaS platform that receives marketplace notification emails (Amazon, eBay, and other platforms), classifies them using AI, creates actionable tasks, and sends alerts via email and third-party integrations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings or Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

6. Email Processing & Data

The Service processes marketplace notification emails that you forward to your designated inbox address. We use AI (OpenAI) to classify and summarize these emails. Email content is processed in real time and stored in our database for task management purposes. We do not sell or share your email content with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Slack and ClickUp. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You may disconnect integrations at any time through your settings.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of Elevated Seller. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI classifications will be 100% accurate. In no event shall Elevated Seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or non-payment. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
