Elevated Seller ("we", "us", "our") operates SellerAlerts. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information:

• Email address and password (for authentication)
• Company name and brand names
• Business type and marketplace details
• Team member emails (for invitations)

Marketplace email data:

• Email content forwarded to your SellerAlerts inbox (subject, body, sender, attachments)
• AI-generated classifications (notification type, priority, summary, suggested response)
• Order IDs, ASINs, and product identifiers extracted from emails

Usage data:

• Task actions (status changes, assignments, priority updates)
• AI correction feedback (when you adjust classifications)
• Integration connection status (Slack, ClickUp)

Payment information:

• Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service: process emails, classify notifications, create tasks, send alerts
• To improve AI accuracy: your correction feedback is used to fine-tune classifications for your account
• To communicate: send transactional emails (alerts, digests, escalations, password resets)
• To bill you: process subscription payments through Stripe
• To maintain security: log errors, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting
• OpenAI — AI classification of email content (email text is sent to OpenAI's API for processing)
• SendGrid — Inbound email reception and outbound transactional email
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Application hosting
• Slack / ClickUp — Optional integrations you connect (only when you authorize)

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Notification emails and tasks are stored indefinitely to maintain your history. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Stripe retains payment records independently per their own policies.

6. Data Security

We implement security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on all database tables, webhook signature verification, and rate limiting. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through the Service
• Correct inaccurate information in your account settings
• Delete your account and associated data
• Export your task and notification data
• Disconnect third-party integrations at any time
